The Swedish legal authorities are reportedly investigating allegations of sexual assault against the striker. Authorities in Sweden acknowledged that an inquiry had been opened in response to a complaint, but they withheld the identities of those involved.

He added, “It’s becoming so predictable, on the eve of the hearing, as if by chance,” alluding to his ongoing pay dispute with Paris Saint-Germain (PSG), his former team.
The French attacker is suing PSG over unpaid pay, claiming he should be paid €55 million. His squad connected his conspicuous absence from France’s recent Nations League games to the timing of the story. His entourage alluded to the story’s dubious release, considering how close it was to a crucial hearing with the French league.
In a statement, Mbappe’s representatives referred to the disputed Swedish allegation as “completely false and irresponsible.” They made it clear that they would take legal action to protect the Frenchman’s reputation and stop what they called constant “defamatory treatment.”
